At Jumbled, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home, but we understand that sometimes things aren't quite the right fit. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the home decor items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile components are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
